Coffee Cakes

1 1/2 cups SR flour
125g butter
3/4 cup castor sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp black coffee
2 Tbs milk

Cream butter and sugar, add eggs. Fold in sifted flour alternately with milk and coffee. Spoon into patty cases. Mod hot oven 10-15 mins
