Butterscotch Sauce

1 3/4 cups brown sugar 
2 tbs plain flour 
3/4 cup milk 
30g butter 
 
Mix the sugar and flour together in saucepan, add milk. Stir while it cooks and thickens (about 5mins). Drop in butter and stir till melted. Serve hot or cold over ice cream.
