Spinach Cob Dip #1

1 large cob loaf
500g frozen spinach
30g pkt spring vegetable or french onion soup
1 cup cream cheese
4 spring onions
190g can water chestnuts, sliced


Hollow out cob loaf and cut bread into 3cm squares. Mix all ingredients together. Place mixture into the cob loaf and serve with the bread.
